松本直子
Founder, CEO and Certified Personal Matchmaker
松本直子は、国際結婚相談所・TJM・トラディショナルジャパニーズマッチメーカー（旧Kaiwa-USA） (https://TraditionalJapaneseMatchmaker.jp)の創業者であり、代表を務めている。また、現役マッチメーカー（仲人士）として世界基準の資格を持ち、仕事に携わっている。
国際結婚相談所・TJMは、国際結婚および海外結婚のサポートにサービスを特化し、国内外に住む外国人男性、海外駐在の日本人男性と日本人女性との縁を結ぶ結婚相談所として、古くから歴史にある会社である。
『国際結婚をしたい！』と、松本自身が結婚適齢期に、国際結婚相談所を探したところ、そういったサービスが見つからなかったた。1999年、松本自身が夢をかなえるために、東京都港区南青山で国際結婚相談所Kaiwa-USAを設立したといういきさつがある。
2004年、日本国内での国際結婚相談所の運営に限界を感じ（英語のコミュニケーションスキルを学ぶため）単独アメリカへ渡航、アメリカでの起業を模索。2006年、ロサンゼルスで現在の夫であるドイツ系アメリカ人男性と出会い、国際結婚の夢をかなえる。2009年に第一子の海外出産を経験、子育てをしながら本格的にマッチメーキングの事業の世界展開を開始。
2010年ロサンゼルスを皮切りに、ニューヨーク、東京、シンガポール、サンフランシスコと、世界主要都市にて外国人男性と出会うための婚活イベントを現地で実施。世界中から独身男女が参加できるスピードデート、バーベキューパーティーなどを主催。また、女性の意識向上のためのファッションセミナーやカラーコーディネートセミナーなどのイベントも開催している。 現在はオンラインを中心に出会いのイベントや婚活セミナーを実施。
さらに事業を拡大し、国際結婚をしている海外在住日本人女性の働く機会を提供するために、マッチメーカー養成講座を企画。海外の日本人を幸せな結婚へ導くマッチメーキングというテーマで繋いでゆくこと、ご縁の輪を広げてゆくという新たな夢の実現に向けて日々邁進している。
